Bed Department Terms and Conditions Supply of Sale

The goods remain the property of Larry Speare Ltd until payment is received in full.

Goods will not be exchanged after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.

A 20% charge will be made on all items of stock that are cancelled. Special order goods will carry at least a 50% deposit charge.

The deposit on special order goods will be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
We will do our best to give you an approximate delivery am/pm but cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control

If we are unable to deliver your goods because of customer unavailability, a charge will be made for an additional delivery.

Goods left at the request of customers in garages, porch ways etc. will be at the customer’s own risk.

A charge will be made to assemble beds. This service should be requested before delivery.

In accordance with Health and Safety regulations we reserve the right to refuse collection of any goods we consider are in an unsanitary condition.

Your beds will be delivered to your door. No responsibility will be accepted if damage is caused when those goods are placed in rooms requested by the customer unless the damage is caused by our own negligence.

Due to Health and Safety regulations we are unable to exchange any divan or mattress you find unsuitable.

In the unlikely event of the base or mattress of your bed being exchanged we cannot guarantee the same cover will be available. The replacement will be of equal quality and value or better.

We cannot entertain any complaint or damage for goods taken by the customer, this does not affect your statutory rights.

When goods are specially ordered we can only give approximate time of delivery from the
manufactures.

By ordering with us you are entering this agreement / sales invoice and you give us consent to hold your personal information (to use as per with our PRIVACY POLICY)
and you agree for us to use it for general correspondence relating to our services.
